Pearl Academy design students land impressive roles; highest package of INR 20 lakhs with tech giants

Designers in the tech space are paving the way for unique and interesting career options in new-reality and beyond, within India and overseas. Offshoots of Communication Design –Design experience Analyst, Graphic Designer, Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, Visual Communication Designer, Product Designer—are making their presence felt in tech giants like Adobe, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Paytm, CommerceIQ and others. “Pearl Academy design students have been offered annual packages of up to INR 20 lakhs in these futuristic roles that require not just technical skills but creative thinking and design prowess as well,” said Aditi Srivastava, President, Pearl Academy.

Not surprising, considering the tech boom in the last decade and its acceleration during the pandemic, opine experts. In fact, in a recent NASSCOM survey report, about two-thirds of the CEOs who participated in the survey said that they expected digital talent to constitute 50% of new hires. My placement in Deloitte as a Design Analyst is a start of my professional journey in the right direction”.

Akshita Mehrotra from Pearl Academy, New Delhi who received a placement at Gartner as a Graphic Designer said, “The key aspects of the job profile I like the most are curating designs for the clients and developing new design concepts & ideas as per the briefs” .
